How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of data associated with Product Ad Lab, email productadlab@gmail.com with the subject line "Product Ad Lab Data Deletion Request".
What to Include
- Your name and contact email.
- The social platform account or account ID connected to the app, if applicable.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
What We Delete
We will delete or de-identify app records that are reasonably linked to your request, including stored platform tokens, account identifiers, product workflow records, generated captions, and related job logs where deletion is technically feasible.
Published Content
If content has already been published to a social platform, you may need to remove it directly through that platform. We can delete local app records and stored platform credentials, but platform-hosted posts remain subject to the platform's own deletion tools and policies.
Response Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
