How We Use Information
- To operate the creative review workflow and local job queue.
- To publish approved content to connected platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- To store media files, captions, and publishing metadata for review and troubleshooting.
- To respond to support, security, and data deletion requests.
Sharing
We share content and account-authenticated publishing requests with social platforms only when you connect an account and approve a publishing action. We may use infrastructure providers such as Amazon S3 or CloudFront to host legal pages and media files needed for platform publishing.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the app, complete publishing workflows, comply with platform requirements, and maintain review history. You can request deletion using the process described on the Data Deletion page.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect stored information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so you should avoid adding unnecessary personal information to product prompts, captions, or media files.
Your Choices
- You may disconnect platform accounts by removing stored access tokens from the app.
- You may request deletion of app data using the public deletion instructions.
- You remain responsible for removing or editing content that has already been published on a social platform.
Children
Product Ad Lab is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
